Meet the instructor

Ram Yalamanchili

Ram Yalamanchili is a technology and healthcare leader, and the founder and CEO of Tilda Research, a company building AI teammates for clinical research. He has deep, hands-on experience with data infrastructure and intelligent automation, which he applies to solve the real challenges of trial operations.

Ram's previous work on the front lines as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) let him see firsthand how broken clinical operations are for everyone involved. That experience made it clear to him that the only winners from the existing ClinOps technology paradigm were the tech vendors themselves.

Thus was born Tilda Research, with a mission to bring AI teammates to work alongside humans to accelerate studies and break the long-standing clinical trial bottleneck.

Before Tilda, he was a serial tech founder and executive, including co-founding Lexent Bio (acquired by Roche), and earlier leadership roles in software and cloud engineering.

Ram is a leading voice in discussions about AI teammates for clinical research and he frequently publishes on the topic.
